—————些丝些鳖一{IYLUlillllillllILlolllllllllllll5lLlllI —————些丝些鳖一{IYLUlillllillllILlolllllllllllll5lLlllIl_l墨叠i置—_—__I———置i置iii宣iiiii宣iiiii萱i—I。..^J-’炎鬯I‘ Ab stract Sea buckthom(Hippophae rhamnoides厶)seeds proanthocyanidins,classed as polyphenolic substances,combines a great deal of values in one,including nutrition, health and medical values.It has extensive physiological and pharmacological activities which closely related to its polymerization degree.The oligomeric proanthocyanidins has higher activities than polymeric,while polymer is the known mostly form of proanthoeyanidins extracted from nature plants.In order to enhance the utilities of proanthocyanidins,this paper extracted proanthoeyanidins from sea buckthom by three degradation methods,including sulfurous acid method,catalytic hydrogenolysis and microbial degradation,which were compared and analyzed to seek an efficient method in the paper. The proanthocyanidins,extracted from sea buckthom seeds by laboratory methods optimized,was separated and purified by macropomus resin D3520 firstly, and then Was gradient eluted by ethan01.After that,four separated products were obtained诚tll the average polymerization degree 18.3,16.7,13.2,10.9 respectively.As a result,the maeroporous resin D3520 Was an ideal purification material. In the experiment of proanthocyanidins degradation,three methods were compared,which were sulfurous aad method,catalytic hydrogenolysis and microbial degradation.Also the uniform design method Was used to optimize the degradation condition of sulfurous acid methods and catalytic hydrogenolysis,and then the regression equation WaS obtained.According to the regression equation,the best degradation condition was forecasted.After validated,it was proved that the effect of optimization Was obvious.
