摘要

摘要: 花馔文化是古代花卉文化和饮食文化的融合。宋代花馔文化是宋人科学利用花卉、追求精致生活的表现，折射着时代特征和宋人的精神面貌。介绍了宋代花卉的食用文化和饮用文化，并对其繁荣的原因进行了分析。宋代花馔文化的繁荣有其深厚的经济基础和社会背景。有助于今人传承古代文化，对科学利用花卉为人类服务具有启示作用。

Abstract: Flower dietetic culture is an integration of ancient flower culture and dietetic culture. The flower dietetic culture in Song Dynasty(960-1279) is the revelation of scientific utilization of flower and pursuit of exquisite life by people in that period, and is the refraction of time characteristics and spiritual status. This paper introduces dietetic culture and drinking culture of flower in Song Dynasty, analyzes the reasons of its prosperity. The flower dietetic culture in Song Dynasty has abundant economic base and social background. It will help us to inherit traditional culture and give us inspiration for scientific utilization of flower.
