Therefore, how to adjust the industridl development strategy, and optimize or extend the industrial chain of flower industry, upgrade the flower industry especially to upgrade the added value of cut flowers industry are the most critical moment and the most urgent problems in Yunnan Province now. This paper analyses the current problems in the development of Yunnan flower industry chain based on the current situation of the cut flower industry in Yunnan Province, and raised a lot of solutions and suggestions.
