云南花卉产业链的现状及发展对策探讨
——以鲜切花产业发展为例
摘要
随着居民生活水平的不断提高和绿色消费意识的持续增强,花卉消费需求逐渐增大,这种市场需求对于“花卉大省”的云南花卉产业来说,在以市场为导向的花卉产业升级过程中,带来了机遇和挑战。因此,如何调整产业发展战略,优化和延伸花卉产业链,提升花卉产业尤其是鲜切花产业的附加值,无疑是当下云南最严峻和最急需解决的问题。本文立足于云南鲜切花产业发展现状,针对目前云南花卉产业链发展中出现的问题进行分析探索,提出相应的对策及建议,以期能对云南省花卉产业尤其是鲜切花产业的发展提出一些相对有效、可行的解决方案。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the life standards ,and sustained enhanced the awareness of Green Consumption, the demand of flowers consumption is increasing, this demand brings more opportunities and challenges in the flower market-oriented industrial upgrading process for the flower industry in the “Flowers Province”--Yunnan Province. Therefore, how to adjust the industrial development strategy, and optimize or extend the industrial chain of flower industry, upgrade the flower industry especially to upgrade the added value of cut flowers industry are the most critical moment and the most urgent problems in Yunnan Province now. This paper analyses the current problems in the development of Yunnan flower industry chain based on the current situation of the cut flower industry in Yunnan Province, and raised a lot of solutions and suggestions. In order to find some effective and feasible ways to improve the Flower industry of Yunnan, especially to the development of cut flowers industry of Yunnan.
