Evaluation of fruit traits and quality among different superior lines of Actinidia arguta

摘要 以6个软枣猕猴桃优系果实为材料,对11个果实性状及品质指标进行测定,并采用变异分析和隶属函数法对果实品质进行综合评价。结果表明:各优系间果实外观性状及品质均存在一定差异,变异系数8.56%~29.03%,VC含量、可溶性糖含量、单果质量的变异系数较大,分别为29.03%、28.15%和24.36%。不同优系果实性状及品质指标存在显著性差异。6个优系果实形状各异,R19-2、R19-1和R19-6的单果质量较大,R19-4和R19-5的较小。R19-2和R19-6优系的营养指标含量均较大,特别是VC含量较高。隶属函数法综合评价结果得分排名依次为R19-2>R19-6>R19-4>R19-3>R19-1>R19-5,筛选出果实较大、营养物质含量高、品质好的优系为R19-2和R19-6。研究结果可为软枣猕猴桃品种选育及果实品质评价体系建立提供参考。 Six superior strains of Actinidia arguta fruits were used as materials to determine 11 fruit traits and quality indicators.Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality was conducted using variation analysis and the membership function method.The results showed that there were certain differences in fruit appearance traits and quality among the superior strains,with coefficients of variation ranging from 8.56%to 29.03%.The coefficients of variation for VC content,soluble sugar content,and single fruit weight were relatively large,at 29.03%,28.15%,and 24.36%,respectively.Significant differences were observed in fruit traits and quality indicators among different superior strains.The six superior strains exhibited various fruit shapes,with R19-2,R19-1,and R19-6 having larger single fruit weights and R19-4 and R19-5 having smaller ones.The nutrient content of R19-2 and R19-6 superior strains was high,particularly in VC content.The comprehensive evaluation scores based on the membership function method ranked the strains as follows:R19-2>R19-6>R19-4>R19-3>R19-1>R19-5.The superior strains with larger fruits,high nutrient content,and good quality were identified as R19-2 and R19-6.The research results provide a reference for the breeding of Actinidia arguta varieties and the establishment of a fruit quality evaluation system.
