PAGE I 邯郸学院本科毕业论文 题 目 三种灌木叶片解剖结构的抗旱性 分析 学 生 指导教师 讲师 年 级 专 业 生物科学 二级学院 生物科学系 (系、部) 邯郸学院生物科学系                摘 要 本研究通过对红叶小檗、冬青卫矛、金叶女贞三种灌木的叶解剖结构进行观察,探究其与抗旱性的关系,运用叶片表皮制片法,石蜡制片法、显微观察及显微照相的方法,选择叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织厚度/海绵组织厚度、角质层厚度、叶片组织结构紧密度、气孔密度7项指标,并运用模糊数学隶属函数值法进行综合性分析。结果表明:(1)三种植物均为典型的异面叶,表皮细胞排列紧密。可明显观察到栅栏组织和海绵组织,栅栏组织细胞排列紧密,维管组织发达等抗旱解剖结构特征。(2)三种植物叶片均具有角质层,气孔都位于下表皮。(3)利用隶属函数进行耐旱性排序结果为:金叶女贞 冬青卫矛红叶小檗。 关键词 红叶小檗;冬青卫矛;金叶女贞;叶解剖结构;抗旱性 Leaf anatomy of three shrubs drought analysis of anatomical structures Xuejing Lv Directed by lecturer XiaoGeng Abstract This study on the observation about anatomical structure of leaves of Berberis thunbergii、 Euonymus japonicus、Ligustrum vicaryi, to explore the relationship with drought resistance, by using leaf epidermis production method, paraffin method, microscopic observation and micrography method, through leaf thickness、 palisade tissue thickness、 spongy tissue thickness、palisade tissue / sponge tissue thickness、 cuticle thickness、 close leaf structure、 the degree of stomatal density of seven indicators, and utilizing blurry membership function values to undertake a comprehensive analysis. The results as follows: (1) The leaves of the three species are typical bifacial leaf. Drought resisting dissection structural features such as pyidermis cells were closely arranged. Palisade tissue and sponge tissue can be observed obviously. Palisade tissue cells were closely arranged. Vascular tissue developed and so on. (2) The leaves of the three species all have cuticle, and stomata are located at the lower epidermis. (3) An order of drought resistance of 3 shrubs was given by using subordinate function value analysis: Ligustrum vicaryi Euonymus japonicus Berberis thunbergii.
