本科毕业论文（设计） 贡菊花与野菊花薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究 安徽新华学院本科毕业论文（设计）独创承诺书 本人按照毕业论文（设计）进度计划积极开展实验（调查）研究活动，实事求是地做好实 验（调查）记录，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的 研究成果。据我所知，除文中特别加以标注引用参考文献资料外，论文（设计）中所有数据均 为自己研究成果，不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。与我一同工作的同志对本研究 所做的工作已在论文中作了明确说明并表示谢意。 毕业论文（设计）作者签名： 日期： 贡菊花与野菊花薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究 摘要 ［目的］对贡菊花和野菊花进行对比鉴别，找到合适的薄层鉴别方法，从化学成分上 对贡菊花和野菊花进行鉴别。 ［方法］按有关文献方法及改进法分别对贡菊花和野菊花中绿原酸及蒙花苷进行薄层 色谱鉴别试验。 ［结果］本文中贡菊花和野菊花中绿原酸鉴别方法二和蒙花苷鉴别方法二操作简便、 色谱斑点显色清晰、分离效果好。贡菊花和野菊花 供试品色谱中，在与绿原酸对照 品色谱相应的位置均有相同颜色的荧光斑点，贡菊花的斑点略暗于野菊花的斑点； 在与蒙花苷相应的位置亦均有颜色相同的荧光斑点，野菊花的斑点明显亮于贡菊的 斑点。 ［结论］比较贡菊和野菊花的实验结果，贡菊花和野菊花中绿原酸鉴别方法二和蒙花 苷鉴别方法二具有良好的专属性，重现性,更具有可行性，可用于贡菊花和野菊花的 薄层色谱鉴别。从色谱图直观分析，贡菊花和野菊花中均含有绿原酸和蒙花苷，但 其含量存在差异，本研究内容为贡菊花和野菊花的薄层色谱指纹图谱分析奠定了基 础。 关键词：贡菊花；野菊花； 绿原酸；蒙花苷；薄层色谱法 Study on identification ofthe tribute chrysanthemum and wild chrysanthemum of thin-layer chromatography Abstract [Purpose]:Compared to ide ntify thetribute chrysa nthemum and wild chrysa nthemum ,and find the right TLC method to identify them from the chemical composition. [Method]: Making a TLC identification test on the chlorogenic acid and Linarin in the tribute chrysa nthemum and wild chrysa nthemum accord ing to the literature method and improveme nt method. [Outcome]: The second method to identify chlorogenic acid with Linarin in the tribute chrysa nthemum and wild chrysa nthemum is easy to operate, and chromatographic spots is clear, and separation is good, the tribute chrysanthemums and wild chrysanthemums test products for chromatography, The corresponding position in the chlorogenic acid refere nee sta ndard chromatographic have the same color fluoresce nt spots, The tribute chrysanthemums spots slightly darker than wild chrysanthemums spots;The corresp onding positi on in the Linarin refere nee sta ndard chromatographic have the same color fluoresce nt spots, The wild chrysa nthemumsspot is no ticeably brighter tha n the tribute chrysa nthemums spots.
