鸡腿菇优良菌株筛选与高产栽培模式研究摘要鸡腿菇优良菌株筛选与高产栽培模式研究摘要鸡腿菇，又名毛头鬼伞(Coprinuscortlatus)，是一种具有营养保健功能的珍稀食用菌，深受消费者欢迎，近年来种植面积不断扩大。筛选优良菌株，研究高产栽培模式，已成为当前鸡腿菇研究的重点。本实验比较了来自不同地区的9个菌株，比较了6种不同的栽培料配方，对日光温室夏季栽培鸡腿菇、大田小拱棚栽培等5种栽培模式进行了系统研究。结果表明：①4 个供试菌株产量较高，其中4号菌株、7号菌株和5号菌株在1％水平上显著优于1号对照菌株，生物转化率分别高于1号对照菌株46 6％、33 9％和15 5％；②用棉籽壳、玉米芯、玉米秸、麦秸、废料为主料栽培鸡腿菇，生物转化率分别为95 1％、78．5％、 50 8％、45 4％和98％：③用玉米芯60％，棉籽壳20％，麸皮15％，生石灰40，复合肥 1％，栽培鸡腿菇产量显著高于棉籽壳96％，复台肥1％，石灰3％(CK)的栽培料配方。生物转化率达132 5％；④采用日光温室夏季栽培鸡腿菇模式，以棉籽壳45％，玉米芯 40％，麦麸5％，玉米粉5％，石灰4％，复合肥1％。；玉米芯54％，白灵菇废料30％，麦麸5％，玉米粉5％，生石灰粉4％，复合肥1％，石膏粉1％配方，鸡腿菇生物转化率达到66．9％～75．6％，能进行反季节栽培，取得良好的经济效益；⑤塑料大棚袋装床架式栽培，经济效益显著优于脱袋畦床栽培：⑥大田小拱棚发酵料畦栽，技术简便，投资小，效益高，菇农易于接受。关键词：鸡腿菇菌株原料培养料配方栽培模式 STUDY STUDY oN SCREENING oF THEFINE BACTERIAL STRAⅡ町oF CoPRINUS CoMATUS AND THE FERTILE CULrURE MoDE Abstraet Copr]nus COmglDA．9 is a kind of raedible ftmgtd wi也health cart：function of nutrition,welcomed deeply by consu．13aer$Cultivated area is expanded constantly in recent years．Screening the fine bacterial strain and studying the fertile eulturo mode has already become the focus Oll studying the Coprinus comt71“satprese4at． This exporiment compares 9 pieces of bacterial strain that come from different are∞．and 6 different 弘eseriptions ofculture material．It also studies the greenhouse eultivating ofCoprinus comatus in sulnmc!r andfive cultivatingmodethatllSl3slandforgrowingfieldcrops and small arch shed． The result shows：OThe output of 4 bacterial strains that ilses to be experimented is very hi吐，the No，No 7 and No 5 bacterial strain is remarkably superior to No．1，their biological conversion rations are soparately higher than that ofNo．1，the statals is 46．6％，33 9％and 15．5％ (2)when the Coprinus comatzls is cultivated with cottonseed shen，eomeob，maize stlal～,whoat straw, and waste material，their biological conversion rations is separately 95．1％，78 5％，50 8％，45．概and 98％ ⑧We cfln uso 60％of maize core,20％of cottonseed shell,15％of wheat bran铴of calcium oxide． 1％of compound fertilizer．The output of Co
