月季花的植物组织培养及快速繁殖的研究

【摘要】月季为蔷薇科植物，落叶灌木或常绿灌木，或蔓状与攀援状藤本植物。茎为棕色偏绿，具有钩刺或无刺，但也有几乎没有刺的月季。可作为欣赏植物，可作为药用植物，也称月季花。花期4～10月(北方)，3～11月(南方)，春季开花最多，大多数是完全花，或者是两性花。月季通常采用扦插、嫁接和压条繁殖，但是一些名贵品种扦插不易生根，主要靠芽接繁殖，而芽接速度慢，因而造成优良品种的月季苗供不应求[3]。随着生物技术的迅猛开展，植物组织培养和细胞培养等现代生物技术得到普遍重视和应用，为月季的快速繁殖提供了新的途径，在月季的改进上显示了很大的应用潜力。以月季为试材进行组培试验,综述了月季组织培养、快繁的研究技术及进展，并对月季组培的最优条件进行总结。

【Abstract】Floribundarosesasrosaceaeplants,deciduousshrubsorevergreenshrubs,orracemoseandclimbingformlianas.Stemforbrownpartialgreen,withhookthornornothorns,buttherearealmostnothornChineserose.Canbeusedasornamentalplants,canbeusedasamedicinalplant,alsocalledChineserose.Flowering4~10months(north),3~11months(south),springbloommost,mostiscompletelyflower,orbisexualflower.Chineseroseusuallyadoptcutting,graftingandlayeringbreeding,butsomerarebreedcuttingisnoteasytotakeroot,mainlybygraftingbreeding,andgraftingspeedslow,causingittofinevarietiesofChineserosemiaodemandexceedssupply.Withtherapiddevelopmentofbiotechnology,theplanttissuecultureandcellcultureandothermodernbiologicaltechnologyobtainstheuniversalattentionandapplicationforChineseroserapidpropagationofprovidesanewwaytotheimprovementinChineseroseonshowgreatapplicationpotential.ToChineseroseastestmaterialsfortissueculturetest,summarizedtheChineserosetissuecultureandrapidpropagationresearchtechnologyandprogress,andtheChineserosecultivationoptimalconditionsaresummarized.

1．前言

月季是世界栽培种类较多的多年生木本花卉之一。蔷薇科(Rosaceae)蔷薇属(RosaL)植物。在鲜花应用中，月季花的地位和比重与日俱增,是世界上著名的四大切花之一[1]。月季的花色可编制成完美的连续色谱。月季是重要的花卉，世界的销售额多年来稳居各类花卉的第一或第二。
