桂花新品种‘冬荣’

摘要：

【目的】作为我国十大传统名花之一,桂花是一类具有多方面利用价值的资源植物,桂花新品种选育对桂花产业化发展具有积极的意义。【方法】从桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)和柊树(Osmanthus heterophyllus)的杂交实生苗中选育,对发现的特异单株进行DUS测试及品种特征考察。【结果】 ‘冬荣’为选育出的新品种,该品种幼叶深紫红色,叶柄幼时深紫红色,叶片基部圆形,叶缘有密的细锯齿和黄色镶边。【结论】 ‘冬荣’符合植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性要求,耐寒性较强,观赏价值高。

Abstract:

【Objective】As one of the top ten traditional famous flowers in China, Osmanthus fragrans is a kind of resource plant with various utilization values. The breeding of new varieties is of positive significance to the development of O. fragrans industrialization. 【Method】It was bred from hybrid-seedlings of Osmanthus fragrans and Osmanthus heterophyllus, then DUS tests were conducted on the founded specific single plants . 【Result】The young leaves of ‘Dongrong’ are deep purple-red, so does the petioles when they are young. The base of the leaves is round, and the leaf margins are with dense serrate and yellow band. 【Conclution】With meeting the requirements of new plant varieties for specificity, consistency and stability, ‘Dongrong’ possesses the characteristics of cold resistance and high ornamental value.
