即使岁末有些寒冷,有一抹笑容,总能够温暖冬天。意大利国宝级厨师Umberto Bombana先生和煦归来,携同上海8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA行政主厨Gabriele Delgrossi,与Opera BOMBANA行政主厨Andrea Susto共同呈现这场冬季白松露盛宴

This winter, Chef Umberto Bombana and Chef Gabriele Delgrossi at 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai teamed up with Executive chef Andrea Susto of Opera BOMBANA Beijing to present a dazzling winter white truffle feast!

白松露收获的季节,Umberto Bombana先生携手两位爱徒,为北京食客带来一期一会的温暖和美味。三位主厨承自同一家族,一脉相承间各有风格,一席冬日盛宴,来自山海,来自意国,融会贯通,展现迷人的冬之韵味!

During the white truffle season, the three talented chefs curated a unique dining experience for Beijing's food enthusiasts. Blending shared culinary heritage with distinct styles, they created a winter menu inspired by lands, seas and Italy—a captivating blend that defined the season!

SCAMPI

鳌虾 | 洋蓟 | 新鲜香菜

Roasted Scampi, Artichokes, Coriander Leaves

新鲜鳌虾经过煎烤,“谦逊”地微微弯起腰,证明自己的新鲜弹嫩。洋蓟的处理既传统又繁琐,带有甜度的洋蓟、咸鲜的洋蓟汁与海鳌虾达成和谐平衡。前菜负责勾起您的胃口,不要着急,白松露即将登场……

The scampi, tender and expertly seared, highlight their exquisite freshness. Traditional handling of artichokes yields a blend of sweet and savory artichoke sauce, complementing the scampi perfectly. This appetizer tantalizes the taste buds, hinting at the impending delight of white truffles to come.
