姐妹花很有热情的做健康美食很不错哦，但是很多菜我这个中国胃都学不了，不过有一个早餐可以学一下，他们确实在健康生活但是我必须说本南方人觉得不吃米饭的人生是不完整的，他们完全不吃太可怕了
