摘要

摘要:文章以桉树叶作为原料,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取桉树叶精油,分析了不同提取时间、浸泡时间和料液比例时桉树叶精油的得率。以单因素试验为依据,设计了三因素三变量的正交试验。各因素对提取结果影响的程度依次为:蒸馏时间>料液比>浸泡时间。提取、浸泡时间分别为1.5、2 h,桉树叶与蒸馏水的料液比为1∶10时,精油得率最高(0.8%)。精油得率随提取和浸泡时间的增加而提高,但达到最佳值后,随着时间的延长出现下降。增加料液比可提高精油得率,但超过一定值后,得率增加变得平缓且性价比下降。

Abstract:The essential oil of eucalypt leaves is usually extracted by steam distillation. The yields of essential oil of eucalypt leaves under different extraction times, soaking times and different ratios of material to liquid were analyzed through single factor experimentation and then through orthogonal experimentation with three factors and three variables. The degree of influence of all factors on the extraction results were as follows: distillation time > solid-liquid ratio > soaking time. When the steam extraction time was 1.5 h, the soaking time was 2 h, and the solid-liquid ratio of eucalypt leaves to distilled water was 1∶10, the yield of essential oil was the highest (0.8%). The yield of essential oil increased with the increase of extraction and soaking time, but after reaching the optimum value, the yield decreased with the extension of time. Increasing the ratio of material to liquid can improve the yield of essential oil, but beyond a certain value the yield increases gradually while the cost performance decreases.
