灰树花多糖研究进展

摘要

灰树花是一种鲜美、富含丰富的生物活性物质的珍贵蕈菌。灰树花多糖作为一种极有开发前景的生物反应调节剂,目前已得到国内外的普遍重视。本文综述了国内外灰树花多糖化学分析和药理研究方面的进展情况。

Abstract

Grifola frondosa (Maitake) is a famous medicinal and edible fungus with special nutritional and medicinal value. The polysaccharide constituent of Grifola frondosa , as one of the biological response modifiers, has been studied commonly both at home and abroad. And recent chemical and pharmacological studies on the polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa were reviewed in this paper.
