月季黑斑病的发生与预防月季、玫瑰黑斑病是世界性病害,国内普遍发生,以为害叶片为主,其次是叶柄、叶梢、幼嫩枝和花梗。在南方和北方等地均发病较重,该病使叶片发黄早落,夏季四五月和夏末八九月病害严重时,叶片能全部落完,使月季、玫瑰秋季开花遭到毁灭性打击,并严重削弱树势。除侵染月季、玫瑰外,此病还为害蔷薇、金樱子、刺梨、黄刺玫等。一、症状叶片受侵染后,出现大小不一的紫褐色圆斑,或不规则形病斑,直径大约为4毫米至12毫米左右,边缘呈纤毛状,以后逐渐发展成黑褐色连片病斑,病斑边缘有黄晕,呈放射状,初期不十分明显;后期斑缘为紫褐色或褐色,放射状清晰可见。严重时下部叶片落光,嫩枝干枯,病斑上着生许多黑色小点粒,即病菌分生孢子盘。二、病原及发生规律病原为半知菌亚门的蔷薇盘二孢菌,是子囊菌亚门双壳孢菌,子囊盘上有包被,子囊孢子双孢。以菌丝或分生孢子盘在病残体上越冬。翌年春季产生分生孢子,借风、雨、露、洒水或昆虫传播为害。在广州地区,病害以无性方式完成其周年侵染循环,无明显越冬期。在广州以南地区、珠江三角洲一带4月中下旬进入发病期,夏季高温高湿对月季、玫瑰生长不利,植株处于“度夏”期,病情亦相对缓和。湿度比温度对病害影响更大,降雨早而多的年份发病早而重;空气湿度大,多雨、多露(雾)保护地内通风不良,容易发病,病菌可多次重复侵染,整个生长季节均可发病,尤其是梅雨季节、台风暴雨多的年份、夏季病害加重,加重发病蔓延。多雨、多雾、多露水重发病,在广州地区4至5月发病,5月中旬和8月中旬为发病盛期,9月病情有所下降。发病的适温在20至25℃左右,湿度在90%以上时发病较重,30℃以上不利此病发生。各地发病始期,末期因各地气候而异。如在潮湿多雨天气,叶片孢子6小时可萌发侵入,潜育期7至10天。特别田间渍水,养护管理不善,植株衰弱情况下发病较重,品种间抗病差异大。但土壤通透性差,肥水管理不当田间、园圃发病较重。三、防治措施夏季,月季、玫瑰生长迅速时期,侵染发病率最高,是黑斑、白粉病高发期,防病措施,应采取“防”重于“治”的原则。1、选用抗病良种。2、清除病原。坚持每年清除枯株落叶,病叶,以减少侵染病原。3、增强抗性。加强田间管理,合理施肥,增施磷钾肥,清沟排溃,不用喷淋方法浇水,适度修剪,松土培土,提高根系活力,提高长势,增强植株抗病力。4、药剂防治。翌年开春在月季、玫瑰萌发前,喷晶体石硫合剂100倍液。夏季新叶刚展开时开始喷药直至冬季。发病初期交替喷75%百菌清可湿粉剂1000倍液,或45%噻菌灵(特克多)悬浮剂500至600倍液,40%氟硅唑或25%腈菌唑乳油800倍,或40%多硫悬浮剂或50%炭疽福美可湿性粉剂或50%复方硫菌灵可湿粉800倍液、70%甲基托布津700至1000倍液、50%退菌特可湿粉剂800至1000倍液,80%代森锌800倍液、12.5%得清(斑节脱)乳油1000倍液,雨季7天喷1次,平常生长期和梅雨季节7至10天喷1次,连喷4至5次,可控制病害蔓延。发病严重时,可喷70%可杀得、30%氧氯化铜悬浮剂800倍,75%百菌清500倍,12.5%得清乳油1000倍液,连喷3至5次,7至10天喷1次。其中以12.5%得清(斑节脱)乳油1000倍液,75%百菌清500倍液防治抗效果最好。(来源:中国花卉报2003-07-24)
