花卉物流配送中心选址研究——以合肥中部花木城为例 摘要 苗木花卉是美化人居环境、完善生态功能的重要物质载体，与全面建设生态 社会关系密切。现如今，影响花卉产业发展的主要瓶颈存在于流通领域。花卉物 流配送效率低、成木高是其主要的问题所在。合肥市花卉物流与其他省市和国外 相比，远远不能满足花卉产业的发展，口没有一家形成规模的花卉物流公司进行 专业化的配送。因此，科学合理的花卉物流配送屮心选址是促进花卉产业快速发 展的重要环节。 本文通过查询资料了解了配送中心研究的现状，确定了研究的思路和主要问 题，然后介绍了配送屮心的概念、选址的口标等基木问题，并在基础调研了解合 肥市中部花木城目前现状和基本因素的基础上，运用重心法模型和算法，通过定 量和定型分析相结合，最终确定了配送屮心选址的最优地点。 关键词：配送中心;花卉；重心法；选址 Flower Logistics Distribution Center - A Case Study of Hefei in central landscaped city Abstract Flower seedlings is important landscaping material carriers living environment, improve ecological functions, and building a society closely ecology. Today, the main bottleneck affecting the development of flower industry exists in circulation. Flower delivery logistics low efficiency, high cost is the main problem. Therefore, scientific and rational flower logistics distribution center location is an important part to promote the rapid development of flower industry.
