红花临床应用研究进展

摘要： 红花活血化瘀、通经止痛功效显著，临床上多用于治疗心脑血管疾病、妇科疾病和跌打损伤等。近年来，随着老药新用的提出，红花镇静、镇痛、抗炎、免疫抑制、抗肿瘤、耐缺氧等药理作用不断被发现，现已广泛应用于神经系统、肿瘤、糖尿病、白癜风等领域，且具有良好疗效。就目前红花及其制剂在临床方面的应用及不良反应进行了综述，为今 后的正确使用提供参考。

Abstract: Safflower is applied in the treatment of cardiac-cerebral vascular disease, gynecological diseases and traumatic injuries because of its significant effects in blood circulation and activating collaterals. In recent years, new pharmacological actions of safflower have been reported, such as calming effect, analgesic effect, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, anti-tumor and hypoxia, so it is widely used in the treatment of nerve system disease, neoplastic disease, diabetes, leucoderma and so on. The authors have summarized the clinical applications and adverse effects of safflower and its preparations in order to provide some references for the correct use in the future.
