四种药剂柱头处理对芍药属远缘杂交授粉结实率的影响

Each combination was processed in four treatments:KCl solution treatment (2.0%, 3.5% and 5.0% KC, respectively), NaCl solution treatment (1.5%, 3.0% and 4.5% NaCl respectively), GA3 treatment (25, 50 and 75 mg/L GA3, respectively). The stigmas were treated with these pollen culture solutions to compare their effects on seed-setting rate. The result showed that:1) The effect of KCl solution treatment was better than that of NaCl solution, and the concentration of 3.5% KCl worked the best; 2) The seed-setting rate in each combination all reached the highest in the GA3 treatments, and the 25 mg/L GA3 treatment was the most appropriate; 3) The optimum pollen culture solution was:Sucrose 100 g/L + H3BO3 0.08 g/L+CaCl2 10 mg/L, but it was only effective for Paeonia ostii ‘Fengdan Bai’ ×P. suffruticosa Hoki cross combination.
