码上扫一扫！提高啤酒花组培繁殖效率措施的研究吕秀齐,郑开文,潘季淑北京科普出版社;北京农业大学园艺系;北京农业大学园艺系北京; 摘要: 为提高啤酒花组织培养的繁殖效率,初培材料可以在当年9月和翌年1月采集。早春地下挖出的根茎芽虽可培养成功,但在继代培养中污染严重,达80%以上。继代培养中,先在18～20℃下培养10～14d 后转移列25℃下变温培养,可防止增殖率下降;培养后期加强光照及适当降低 BA 浓度,可促进嫩茎生长,提高出苗率。应用 KM 生根培养基。瓶内生根率达90%以上。嫩茎在 KM 生根培养基中培养,诱发根原体;或嫩茎在无激素的 MS 培养基中培养,移入蛭石,生根成活率较高。组培苗、扦插菡,根茎苗田间比较结果表明:试管苗保持了原品种特性,并生长旺盛分枝多,单株产量明显高于根茎苗。关键词: 啤酒花离体繁殖 DOI：分类号: 基金项目: Studies on Measures of Improving Rate of Hop in vitro PropagationLu Xiuqi Zheng Kaiwen Pan Jishu (Dept.of Horticulture,Beijing Agricultural University,Beijing 100094) Abstract: The measures of improving efficiency of hop in vitro propagation have been studied.The explant can be collected and cultured at September or ncxt,January.Although the culture of rhizoma buds in vitro in early spring was successful,serious contamination was found in subculture(more than 80%).
