摘 要：随着现代生活方式的改变和饮食结构的转变，人们对于食品营养的需求和认识也在不断发生变化，因此深入探讨食品营养与人体健康的相关性有着非常重要的意义。本文分析了食品营养在人体健康中的功能和作用，探讨了食品营养和常见慢性疾病之间的关系，并制定了科学的膳食计划。

Abstract： With the changes in modern lifestyles and dietary structures， people’s needs and understanding of food nutrition are constantly changing. Therefore， it is of great significance to delve into the correlation between food nutrition and human health. This article analyzes the function and role of food nutrition in human health， explores the relationship between food nutrition and common chronic diseases， and formulates a scientific dietary plan.
