低磷胁迫对中国无忧花幼苗生长和生理特性的影响
摘要: 为探究中国无忧花(Saraca dives)幼苗对低磷环境的适应性,为其苗期培育和苗木推广种植提供参考,以1年生中国无忧花幼苗为试验材料,采用沙培法,研究正常施磷(对照,1.00 mmol/L)和低磷处理(0.70、0.40、0.20、0.10、0.05和0 mmol/L)对下中国无忧花幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,随低磷胁迫程度增加,中国无忧花幼苗的株高增量、地径增量、叶面积、叶长和可溶性蛋白含量均下降;叶宽、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈先升后降的趋势。中国无忧花幼苗对于轻度和中度(≥0.20 mmol/L)低磷胁迫具有一定的耐受能力。

Abstract: To explore tolerance of Saraca dives seedlings to low phosphorus environment and provide references for seedling cultivation and promotion, taking one-year-old S. dives seedlings as experimental materials, effects of normal phosphorus (control, 1.00 mmol/L) and low phosphorus treatments (0.70, 0.40, 0.20, 0.10, 0.05 and 0 mmol/L) on growths and physiological characteristics of S. dives seedlings were studied by sand culture method. Results showed that with increase of low phosphorus stress, plant height increment, ground diameter increment, leaf area, leaf length and soluble protein content of S. dives seedlings decreased, and leaf width, activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) as well as malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased firstly and then decreased. S. dives seedlings exhibited a certain tolerance to mild and moderate low phosphorus stress (≥0.20 mmol/L).
