东亚植物演化、保护与创新利用(邱英雄)
本学科组聚焦于东亚植物多样性形成机制、濒危植物保护对策以及资源植物挖掘等开展系统研究。在野外资源调查基础上,整合形态学、生态学、功能性状、分子-组学等数据,研究珍稀濒危植物的物种演化历史、适应性进化机制和快速响应环境变化的能力,预测其应对未来环境变化的适应潜力,提出濒危植物保护对策;解析重要资源植物关键性状的遗传调控网络,促进种质资源的保护和创新利用。近年来在东亚植物的谱系地理、物种形成、生物地理学、保护基因组学等方面取得了重要成果。作为第一完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖和浙江省自然科学学术奖一等奖,作为主要参与人获浙江省科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖2项。迄今发表SCI论文100余篇,其中在Nat. Commun., New Phytol., Plant Biotechnol., Plant J., Mol. Ecol., Evol. Appl., Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., J. Biogeogr., Mol. Ecol. Resour., Ann. Bot., BMC Plant Biol., Taxon, Am. J. Bot.等国际主流杂志发表论文40余篇,获发明专利2项。主持(完成)国家重点研发技术课题、国家科技支撑计划课题、国家自然科学基金(包括国际合作项目3项、面上8项、青年1项)等15项,获浙江省钱江人才(2010)和浙江省杰出青年基金(2012)项目资助。获教育部霍英东第十届青年教师奖二等奖,入围2021年度“全球顶尖前10万科学家”榜单, 2023 年荣获“享受国务院特殊津贴专家”称号。

2020年毕业于四川大学,获得遗传学专业博士学位。2023年2月入职中国科学院武汉植物园。主要从事植物物种多样化模式和植物演化遗传机制的研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目。相关研究成果发表在National Science Review、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America、Communications Biology等国际期刊上。

2023年1月毕业于中国科学院武汉植物园。2023年2月入职中国科学院武汉植物园。目前主要从事药用植物遗传资源利用与保护。相关研究成果发表在Plant Biotechnology Reports、Plant Cell、Tissue and Organ Culture等国际期刊上。
