枯草芽孢杆菌对牡丹真菌病害拮抗抑菌效果的研究 摘 要 生物防治技术是通过选育对人类健康安全可抑制或杀灭植物病原菌的特殊微生物,经培养施加于作物栽培环节,达到代替化学农药防治作物病害的目的。生物防治技术的原理主要是利用各种有益的微生物,通过生物间的竞争作用、拮抗作用、重寄生作用、交叉保护作用及诱发植物抗病性等,来抑制某些病虫害的繁殖和活动,以达到生物防治的目的。本研究对危害洛阳市重要品牌花卉——牡丹的主要病原真菌的拮抗菌进行筛选并加以鉴定。从96株芽孢杆菌中,以牡丹褐斑病病原菌作为靶标,采用抑菌圈法,以抑菌效果即抑菌圈大小为标准,进行拮抗芽孢杆菌的筛选。得到两株抑菌效果最为显著的芽孢杆菌菌株,抑菌圈直径分别为5.68mm和5.97mm。继而通过一系列鉴定试验,包括菌落和菌体特征观察以及生理生化特征试验,对上述试验结果进行综合评价,最终确定拮抗菌株LM-18和LM-83均属于枯草芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus subtilis)。 关键词:牡丹,枯草芽孢杆菌,拮抗,筛选,鉴定 An Study on The Antagonistic Effect of Bacillus Subtilis Against Peony Fungal Diseases ABSTRACT Biological Control technology through breeding specific microbes that is health and safety to human and can suppress or kill plant pathogens.By the training session and imposed in crop cultivation,it can reach the purpose that replacing chemical pesticides to control crop diseases.The main principle of the Biological Control Technology is to use a variety of beneficial organisms,through the effect of competition,antagonism,re-parasitic,cross-protective,and induced plant disease resistance between biological roles to inhibit the reproduction and activities of some pests and to to achieve biological control purposes.In this study,we oppose a major pathogenic fungi bacteria that endanger Peony that the important brand flowers in Luoyang City to screene and identify.With inhibition zone method and to Peony leaf spot as a target,according the zone size of inhibition as the standard to screen from the 96 Bacillus.There are two Bacillus strains that the inhibitory effect is most significant,and the diameters of the inhibition zone are 5.68mm and 5.97mm.Then through a series of identification tests,including colony and cell characteristics observed and physiological and biochemical characteristics test,to evaluate the results on the comprehensive.The antagonistic strain LM-18 and LM-83 belong to the genus Bacillus (Bacillus subtilis) to finalize.
