The results show that if there is M S + 6- BA2. 0mg/ mL+ NAA0. 1 mg/ mL for multiplicating, the coefficient of multiplication, quantity of effective plantlets and rooting rate are the best, the rate of sprout differentiation is 69. 2% , w hile the coeffi- cient of contamination is 3. 1. A nd there is 1/ 2M S+ sucrose6% + NAA O. 8mg/ ml for rooting, the re- sult is the best.
