Beast & Cleaver is not your average restaurant. In fact, they are more of a butcher shop than anything else. However, they are a restaurant that specializes in using the whole animal. Found in the Ballard neighborhood, the burgers (and other meals) are dinners where reservations are required. They often pair up with local chefs and purveyors to create incredible four and six-course meals. You’ll find dynamic burgers, beverage pairings, and all sorts of other culinary wonders at their dinners.

Lunchbox Lab is unique because it takes all of your childhood favorites and places an elevated spin on them. The Burger of the Gods may be our favorite because of the blue cheese and the candied balsamic onions. Of course, there are plenty of other experiments including chicken tenders, fish sticks, and more. Cocktails are a fun addition to the meal as are the various milkshakes. With windows everywhere, the dining room is a place to soak up the view of Seattle. It’s also kid-friendly.

You’ll find quite a few 8oz. Burger & Co. locations, though we found this one to be conveniently located to where we were in the city. The upscale restaurant offers a wide array of all-natural burgers and craft cocktails. The cowboy-themed interior is characterized by rustic wood accents. Sit at the bar, in the dining room, or on the small patio. You’ll find craft beers, the ability to build your own burger, and plenty of sweet treats.
