　　Recently, a six-member delegation of Argentine businessmen arrived in Mudan District, Heze City, and kicked off in Anxing Town an exchange journey that integrates industrial matchmaking, entrepreneurship scouting and cultural immersion.This visit not only deepened the connection between local leading enterprises and South American markets, but also infused fresh vitality into the China-Argentina friendship that spans mountains and seas on the plains of southwestern Shandong.

　　At Gaofeng Motor’s intelligent production workshop, the precision of the machinery and the digital management system immediately captured the visitors’ attention.When they learned that the company has led the drafting of China’s national standard for livestock-ventilation fans and that its products are sold in 80 countries and regions, the delegation gave enthusiastic thumbs-up.The two sides held in-depth talks on topics such as motor-technology upgrades and joint channel-building in South America, and reached a preliminary consensus on the direction of cooperation, paving the way for future technology exports and market expansion.

　　Inside Anxing Town’s Returnee Entrepreneurship Lounge, an exhibition showcasing the achievements of “talent returning home, projects relocating back, and capital flowing in” impressed the visitors.By 2025, the town has attracted 130 returnee entrepreneurs, built a municipal-level returnee park, and created more than 3,000 jobs.The story of Liu Weimeng, founder of Gaofeng Motor, who returned from Qingdao and—with tailor-made government support such as subsidized factory rental and targeted loans—turned his company into an industry benchmark, further let the guests feel the warmth and potential of the local business environment.

　　In the “Courtesy of Anxing” intangible-heritage gallery, two city-level intangible-heritage crafts served as bridges of cultural exchange.The traditional craftsmanship of Cloud-Tread cloth shoes, ingeniously fused with modern design, showcased a contemporary expression of Eastern aesthetics; while the full-industry-chain development of herbal loofah—from field crop to more than 60 eco-friendly products such as breathable insoles and antibacterial wipes—amazed the visitors with its “trash-to-treasure” ingenuity.“These natural products are a perfect interpretation of sustainable development,” said Argentine delegate Rodríguez, unable to hide his affection while holding a loofah item.It is reported that the annual sales of this product line have exceeded RMB 8 million and are exported worldwide.
