依兰依兰

学名Cananga odorata 科番荔枝科 主要原产地马达加斯加、科摩罗等

植物特征

依兰依兰为番荔枝科植物,成熟后树高达10米左右,最大可达15至20米。木质坚硬,树叶呈椭圆形,喜好排水性较好的土壤。花形状细长,开花时为绿色,成熟后变为黄色。花朵开放后倒悬于树梢,在花朵最芳香的时期,会从位于花朵背面,被称为“吲哚分泌囊”的部位散发出甘甜性感的芬芳。“依兰依兰”这一名称来源于马来语“Alang ilang”这一单词,意为“花中之花”。收获时,选择芳香最浓郁的黎明至清晨时段作业。此外,花朵一旦受损,品质即会下降,因此采摘时极为慎重,以避免造成伤害。

依兰依兰原产于印度尼西亚的马鲁古群岛,后传至菲律宾进行栽培,近年来科摩罗群岛、马达加斯加为主要产地。
