广州市五月花商业广场能源审计及节能改造方案研究摘要随着我国经济的飞速发展，建筑总量持续增加，同时人们对建筑热舒适度品质要求的不断提高，导致建筑耗能在我国能源消耗总量占的比重不断提高，其中，大型公共建筑的增长速度最快、单位体量年均耗能最高，建筑耗能已经成为能源消耗的第一大户。因此，加强对公共建筑能耗水平的控制，落实公共建筑的节能工作已经刻不容缓。建筑能源审计能为建筑节能提供科学的管理和服务方法，通过分析能耗的分布，找出建筑能耗的薄弱节，进而发掘其节能潜力。本文以广州大型公共建筑中的某大型商业建筑的能源审计作为研究内容。主要包括获取该大型商业建筑的能源概况，包括建筑的基本信息、耗能系统概况、耗能设备清单、建筑物能源管理现状等能源审计基本信息。通过该大型商业建筑进行深度审计、测试，对结果进行分析。从建筑围护结构、能源系统性能、通风系统性能、室内境品质、照明系统等方面入手，对该建筑进行能耗分析。依据审计结果，结合该大型商业建筑的实际情况，从能源管理、建筑维护结构、照明系统、电梯系统、空调系统等方面分析和归纳，发掘其蕴藏的节能潜力，并提出节能改造方案。通过本文，能让业主、管理方了解本建筑的能耗状况。通过测试分析，改造方法的使用，专业报告的形成，有望提高业主方投身节能改造的积极性，进而推到国建节能减排事业的发展。关键字：建筑能源审计；大型商业建筑；能耗分析；节能潜力；节能改造 I Study on Energy Audit and Energy Conservation Reform Scheme of Mayflower Commercial Plaza in Guangzhou Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, the total amount of buildings continues to increase. At the same time, peoples increasing requirements fbr building thermal comfort quality have led to the increasing proportion of building energy consumption in Chinas total energy consumption. Among them, the growth rate of large public buildings is the fastest and the average annual energy consumption per unit volume is the highest. Building energy consumption has become the largest consumer of energy. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the control of the energy consumption level of public buildings and implement the energy-saving wor of public buildings. Building energy audit can provide scientific management and service methods fbr building energy conservation.
