为探究白星花金龟幼虫粪砂在改良传统草炭型蔬菜育苗基质中的应用,将白星花金龟幼虫粪砂、草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩和沸石按不同比例混成18种新型配方基质,以传统草炭基质为对照(CK),测定不同基质下的辣椒幼苗形态、生物量、叶绿素含量和生理指标,并采用主成分分析法对辣椒幼苗质量进行综合评价。与CK相比,改良后的新型育苗基质显著提高了辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、单株总叶面积、全株干重、壮苗指数和叶片可溶性蛋白质含量(P<0.05),增幅分别为19.04%~73.49%、9.80%~40.68%、30.64%~126.79%、25.71%~91.42%、5.00%~50.00%和26.58%~176.87%,但显著降低了辣椒幼苗的根冠比和根系可溶性糖含量,降幅分别为18.42%~42.10%和18.70%~59.18%。主成分分析筛选出T4、T10、T11、T16和T18配方基质下的辣椒幼苗综合得分较高,且显著高于其它配方基质下的(P<0.05)。因此,基于辣椒壮苗培育效果好、幼苗主成分综合分值高和幼虫粪砂取代草炭量多的综合考虑,推荐使用体积占比为50.00%与60.00%幼虫粪砂对应复配质量分数为1.00%与1.50%沸石的新型改良育苗基质,达到培育健壮辣椒幼苗的目的。

Abstract

The study was carried out to improve traditional vegetable seedling substrate by adding Potosia brevitarsis larval manure. The 18 new substrates were produced by mixing different proportions of larval manure, peat,vermiculite, perlite and zeolite. The traditional substrate served as the control(CK) that the peat-based vegetable seedling substrate was mixed with peat, vermiculite and perlite at the volume ratio of 3∶1∶1. We measured the morphology, biomass, chlorophyll content and physiological indexes of pepper seedlings under different substrates,and evaluated the quality of pepper seedlings by principal component analysis. Compared with CK, the new substrates significantly increased the plant height(by 19.04%-73.49%), stem thickness(by 9.80%-40.68%), total leaf area per plant(by 30.64%-126.79%), dry weight of the whole plant(by 25.71%-91.42%), strong seedling index(by 5.00%-50.00%) and soluble protein content(by 26.58%-176.87%)in the leaf of pepper seedlings.But they significantly reduced the root shoot ratio and soluble sugar content in the shoot of pepper seedlings by 18.42%-42.10% and 18.70%-59.18% respectively. Principal component analysis screened out the highest comprehensive score of the pepper seedlings grown on the T4, T10, T11, T16 and T18 substrate, which was significantly higher than others(P<0.05). Thus, it is recommended to use the new modified seedling substrate with 50.00% or 60.00%(by volume) of larval manure adding 1.00% or 1.50%(by mass) of zeolite, when comprehensively evaluate the effects on pepper seedlings, comprehensive score of principal components and larval manure amount. The recommended substrates could achieve the purpose of cultivating strong pepper seedlings.
