蟛蜞菊【通用名称】蟛蜞菊【其他名称】蟛蜞菊 (《本草求原》) 【异名】马兰草、蟛蜞花、路边菊(《生草药性备要》)，水兰(《广西药植名录》)，卤地菊、黄花龙舌草、黄花曲草(《福建中草药》)。 【来源】为菊科植物蟛蜞菊的全草或根。 【植物形态】蟛蜞菊 多年生草本，矮小，匍匐状，被短而压紧的毛。叶对生；矩圆状披针形，长2.5～7厘米，先端短尖或钝，基部狭而近无柄，边近全缘或有锯齿，主脉3条。头状花序，具长柄，腋生或顶生，花序直径约1.8厘米；总苞片2列，披针形或矩圆形，长8～10毫米，内列较小；花托扁平；边缘舌状花1列，雌性，黄色，约10～12朵；中央管状花，两性，先端5裂齿。瘦果扁平，无冠毛。花期夏季。 多生于沿海地区的水沟边或湿地上。分布广东、广西、福建等地。 【药理作用】全草的水提取物腹腔注射对小鼠艾氏腹水癌有一定的抑制作用。 【性味】①《本草求原》："甘淡，微寒。" ②《福建中草药》："微咸，凉。" 【功用主治】清热，解毒，祛瘀，消肿。治白喉，百日咳，痢疾，痔疮，跌打损伤。 ①《生草药性备要》："散疮，清热，咄脓，穿疮，并疬、痔。其根能脱牙。" ②《广西药植名录》："破瘀，消肿。治跌打，腹痛，风湿。" ③《福建中草药》："清热解毒。治白喉，百日咳，肺痨发热咳嗽，痢疾，肝火旺盛，烦热不眠，咽喉肿痛，齿龈炎。" 【用法与用量】内服：煎汤，0.5～1两。外用：捣敷或捣汁含漱。 【选方】①预防白喉：㈠鲜蟛蜞菊五钱至一两。水煎服，连服三天。㈡鲜蟛蜞菊捣烂绞汁，加相当于药液四分之一的醋，喷咽或漱口，日一至二次，连用三天。(《福建中草药》) ②治白喉：鲜蟛蜞菊二两，甘草二钱，通草五分。水浓煎服，日一至四剂。另用鲜蟛蜞菊捣烂绞汁，加相当于药量四分之一的醋，用棉签蘸药液涂抹伪膜，日二至三次。(《福建中草药》)
