钢铁表面自动打磨机构设计 摘要： 本设计针对目前钢铁表面打磨过程中出现的问题，根据钢铁表面打 磨机构的的要求，设计出一款满足要求的钢铁表面打磨机构。该打磨机构是根 据打磨要求，对机构进方案设计，在方案设计完成机构的初步设计后，进行机 构的总体设计，完成机构主要零部件的选型和三维建模。并继续完成打磨机构 气路设计和电路设计，同时对机构的主要零部件进行有限元分析，确定材料选 择的正确性，以此完成打磨机构的设计。 关键词：设计，打磨机构，建模，电路, 分析 Design of Automatic Polishing Mechanism for Steel Surface Abstract：According to the requirements of the steel surface polishing mechanism, a steel surface polishing mechanism is designed to meet the requirements of the steel surface polishing process.
