Meeting Space & Event Venue in Barcelona

my first time visiting Barcelona, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing compared to my experience at The Tokyo Toranomon Edition.

The most disappointing part was that I had to wait about 30 minutes for my room to be ready, even though I checked in around 4:00 PM. During that waiting time, there was no welcome drink offered, and there were also no welcome sweets in the room.

I am a Gold member, and I had repeatedly informed the hotel that this was a birthday stay. I was even told over the phone that decorations and a birthday cake would be prepared. However, nothing was provided on the day. When I asked via chat, I was told, “We are preparing it, please wait,” but in the end, nothing arrived.

At The Tokyo Toranomon Edition, I received a room upgrade, a welcome drink, welcome sweets, and many other thoughtful services, so this experience was extremely disappointing.

It did not feel like the level of service expected from a five-star hotel
