真实世界连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）适应证人群临床特征及联合用药分析

摘要： 目的 探索真实世界中连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）适应证人群的临床特征及联合用药情况,为该药临床用药提供参考和借鉴。方法 基于医院信息管理系统（HIS）,对数据库中18家医院2002年5月20日至2019年3月20日使用连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）的5 902例患者进行一般用药人群临床用药特征描述分析,运用关联规则,对连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）的联合用药一并分析。结果 连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）的使用人群主要以45~65岁男性患者为主,住院天数多为15~28 d,西医诊断频次肺部感染最多,治疗结局以好转或治愈出院为主。临床上常与西药乙酰水杨酸、氨溴索、左氧氟沙星以及中药丹红注射液、痰热清注射液、喜炎平注射液等联合应用的患者。结论 连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）临床使用基本符合药品说明书,单次用药剂量大于说明书中剂量范围,体现了连花清瘟胶囊（颗粒）的用药现状;通过对合并用药分析,发现了临床常用合并治疗方案,为临床合理用药提供参考。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and drug combination of Lianhua Qingwen capsules (granules) in the treatment of targeted populations in the real world so as to provide reference for clinical use. Methods The clinical data on 5 902 patients treated with Lianhua Qinwen capsule (granules) in 18 hospitals in China between May 20, 2002 and March 20, 2019 was analyzed based on the Hospital Information System(HIS). The clinical characteristics of the patients were identified, and association rules were used to analyze combined medications. Results The users of Lianhua Qingwen capsules (granules) were mostly male patients aged 45 to 65, and hospital stay ranged from 15 to 28 days. The most prevalent symptoms diagnosed by western medicine were pulmonary infections. Most of the patients were improved or discharged after being cured. Clinically, Lianhua Qingwen capsules (granules) were normally used in combination with such western medicines as acetylsalicylic acid, ambroxol (methamphetamine), levofloxacin and with such traditional Chinese medicines as Danhong injection, Tanreqing injection and Xiyanping injection. Conclusion The clinical use of Lianhua Qingwen capsules (granules) generally complies with drug instructions, but the single dose is greater than the dose range in the instructions. Analysis of combined medications has revealed the commonly used combined treatment schemes in clinic, which provides reference for clinical rational medications.
