萱草属植物分类学研究进展

摘要:

萱草属植物具备多种利用价值，可观赏、药用和食用。我国有着丰富的萱草属植物野生种质资源，却由于其种内/种间形态变异幅度很难判别，以及种间容易发生杂交等原因，至今萱草属植物尚无全面完善的分类系统。对萱草属植物的分布概况和分类学研究历史进行了综述，重点介绍了萱草属植物在形态学、细胞学、孢粉学和分子生物学等方面的分类研究进展，并且提出目前萱草属分类中的问题以及未来的重点研究方向，以期为阐明该属各野生种的分类地位和种间进化关系提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Hemerocallis L. has a variety of values, including ornamental, medicinal and edible. China has abundant wild germplasm resources of Hemerocallis, but there is no comprehensive and perfect taxonomic system so far due to the difficulty in distinguishing the magnitude of intraspecific/interspecific morphological variations and the ease of interspecific hybridization, etc. The distribution of Hemerocallis and the history of taxonomic research are summarized, with emphasis on the progress of taxonomic research on Hemerocallis in morphological, cytological, palynology and molecular biology, and puts forward the current problems in the classification of Hemerocallis and the future direction of the key research, with a view to providing certain references to elucidate the taxonomic status and inter-species evolutionary relationships of each wild species of the genus.
