摘要: 生长调节剂(A1,A2)能有效地促进郁金香花芽分化,A1效果比A2显著,经A1处理后,开花率比对照提高40%,花茎长度增加11cm,花期提早10d,寿命延长4d.生长调节剂(B1,B2)可促进彩色马蹄莲开花,B2的效果优于B1,开花率比对照提高52%,花茎长度增加18cm,花朵直径增加1.4cm,同时有效地克服了花畸形现象.生长调节剂(C1,C2)能明显改善唐菖蒲切花品质,C2处理较对照的单株平均花数增加5朵,种球围径增加3.8cm。
Abstract: Growth regulators(A1,A2) could promote the flower buds differentiation of Tulipa gesneriana effectively.A1 was better than A2.Through treatment of A1,the rate of flower of Tulipa gesneriana increased 40%,the length of scape and flower diameter increased 11 cm and 3 cm respectively,the florescence was advanced for 10 d and the flower life was prolonged for 4 d compared with control.Growth regulators(B1,B2) promoted the flower buds differentiation of Zantedeschia aethiopica significantly and B2 was better than B1.After B2 treatment,the flower rate increased 52%,the length of scape increased 18 cm and the flower diameter increased 1.4 cm compared with control.Meanwhile the abnormality of flower was effectively controlled.Growth regulators(C1,C2) accelerated flower bud differentiation of Gradlious hybrids,5more flowers were increased for each plant with C2 treatment and the tuber diameter increased 3.8 cm compared with control.
