小冠花种子休眠与萌发的研究

摘要: 小冠花种子中的硬实率达20~60%,破除硬实用浓硫酸浸泡20分钟。实验中将吸胀的种子作为对照,将第五天尚未吸胀的种子作为硬实。将处理后的硬实种子与对照同步发芽,测试其生理生化指标。结果表明,硬实种子的发芽率、活力指数、ATP含量和抗逆性均高于对照,而电导率则低于对照,表明小冠花的硬实粒是高活力种子。

Abstract: Coronilla varia is excellent forage.Its optimum germinative temperature was 20℃ and its hard seed proportion reached 20~60%.The method of breaking its dormancy was to soak it with the concentrated sulphuric acid for 20 minutes.We picked out the imbibing seeds during the germination in the experiment and check the seeds every day, and then determined the unimbibing seeds as the hard seeds at the fifth day.The hard seeds treated were germinated with the seeds in the check group at the same time.All kinds of physio logical biochemical standard were measured.This experimental result showed that the percentage of germina tion, vigor index, ATP content resistance of the hard seeds were all higher than the seeds in the check group,but the electric conductivity of the hard seeds was lower than that of the seeds in the check group.All these indicated that the hard seeds was the high vigor seeds among the lots of Coronilla varia seeds.
