_______________________________________________________________________________ 论文学科类别:220 林学 园林花卉种子超低温保存研究 刘燕, 周慧, 方标 (北京林业大学园林学院,100083,北京) 摘要 为了探讨超低温保存技术广泛应用于园林花卉种子保存的可能性,对 18 个科 47 种 花卉种子进行了超低温保存研究。除了两种花卉种子进入液氮后炸裂外,其余 45 种花卉种 子保存后都有一定发芽率,有些花卉种子保存后种子发芽率还高于保存前。结果表明,➀超 低温保存技术可以广泛应用于园林花卉的种子保存。➁花卉种子在自然含水量状态即可存于 液氮中。➂ 从液氮中取出后,采用 35~40°C 温水浴化冻有较高的发芽率。➃ 超低温保存 对一些花卉种子萌发表现出促进作用。 关键词 超低温保存,种子,园林花卉,种质保存 Cryopreservation of Seeds of Ornamental Plants Liu Yan, Zhou Hui, Fang Biao College of Landscape Architecture, Beijing Forestry University ,100083,P.R.China This study is to investigate the possibility and range of seed preservation of ornamental plants by cryopreservation. Experiments of 47 species flowers representing 18 families were carried out. Except two species of them, all the others were stored by cryopreservation successfully. The seeds of those two species have burst when they were put into liquid nitrogen (LN2 ). The 45 species flowers still kept the certain germination rate after cryopreservtion and some of them even had higher germination rate than the control. This study indicates that: 1.Cryopreservation can be widely used in seed preservation of ornamental plants. 2.The flowers seeds with nature water moisture can be stored in LN2 directly. 3.Thawing the seeds in 30~40°C warm water can keep high seeds germination rate than thawing them at room temperature. 4.The cryopreservation enhances seed germination of some flowers.
