Shiai, herb tea on island

Shiai, also known as crossostephium chinense, is a kind of fragrant herbaceous plant. Growing on all islands of Shengsi, Zhejiang province, Shiai tea is capable of dispersing cold, clearing eyes, relieving heat, protecting livers and gallbladders and therefore is quite popular with local people. 

石艾又名芙蓉菊，是一种带有芳草味的草本植物。石艾在嵊泗小岛上随处可见，特别是嵊山、枸杞、壁下、花鸟等小岛。因石艾具有散寒，清目消暑，护肝利胆等功效，备受当地人喜爱，石艾茶也成为海岛人家中必备的待客茶。
