次品砖与废料的再利用设计

“RETILE”系列设计产品的开发是见南花现阶段的重要课题之一，是我们对水泥花砖生产与环境及设计之间的关联探索。

手工水泥花砖虽然是一种低耗能的环保产品，但在生产过程中却也会沉积许多因手工与材质的不可全控而产生的次品或废料，我们希望通过设计师对其进行再生利用设计，用当代的设计审美与良好的工艺重新创作出拥有新的功能与美学的物品，让我们在最大程度实现花砖生产中的废料循环利用。

The design and development of “RETILE” series product is an important project for NANCHOW in this period, which is the exploration on the production of cement tile, environment and design.

Even though cement tile is a kind of green product, there are inevitable defective tiles and waste in the process of production due to the handcraft and material factors. We hope these tiles and waste can be turned into materials for reuse and transferred into good and beautiful products by our designers, in order to achieve maximum recycling of waste.
