表皮葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus epidermidis）是滋生于生物体表皮上的一种革兰氏阳性球菌，存在于人体的皮肤，阴道等部位，因常堆聚成葡萄串状，故命名为表皮葡萄球菌。该菌属正常菌群类型，多数为非致病菌，极少数可导致其他疾病，是医院发生交叉感染的重要来源。
